Return & Exchange Policy

We do not accept returns for all pieces — but we accept size exchanges if we are contacted within 7 days of delivery. All orders are valid for a one-time size exchange only.

Kindly send us the following information to our email address (oatactive.sales@gmail.com)

  1. Order number
  2. Name used for the order
  3. Item you want to exchange (please include the color/s and size/s)
  4. Reason for the exchange (e.g. too small / too big)
  5. The actual size/s you want 

We'll respond to you as soon as possible to arrange delivery. All delivery fees must be shouldered by the customer.

*Please not that we will not be able to replace your items if they were damaged due to the following reasons:

  1. Multiple fitting attempts that resulted in damaging the item/s
  2. Washing, altering, or wearing / using the item/s
  3. Leaving makeup stains / other stains on the item/s

 

Shipping & Delivery

All packages will be shipped 1-2 days after the order is placed and the payment is completed. You will receive your package in the following days:

Metro Manila: 1-2 days after shipping

Provincial: 3-5 days after shipping

Once your order is shipped, your tracking link will be sent via email.
